Fallt releases

I know there are one or two members of the Fallt collective (?) on this
list and I was wondering if there's any way to get a hold of these earlier
Fallt releases:

Christophe Behrens - Polymer CD (Fallt 002.SND)
Anton van Leewenhoek - Botany CD (Fallt 004.SND)

Would it be completely immoral to ask for CD-R copies of these since
they're out of print ?

And are these 2 out yet ?:

Otaku Yakuza - ASCII CDEP (Fallt 008.SND)
Christophe Behrens - RISC CDi (Fallt 010.SND)
