'Desert' - Robert Babicz



I'm really enjoying this CD, so thought I'd throw out a brief review.

It's certainly ambient music, but in a self-consciously digital style (as I'd expect from the label, Mille Plateaux). So sounds click and gurgle and sputter about in stereo space, but underpinning almost all of the tracks are big washed out tones that take the tracks away from purely electro-acoustic stuff.
