Who is this?

There's this rather nice sounding stuff in a tech-side-of-this vein a bit 
like say pan sonic (alright, not really, but whatever...) on mp3.com.
The URL refers to Andras Tilliander and he apparently does stuff under 
Mokira (his MP3.com page lists it backwards). He says on the site that he 
has stuff released under various names and that he's releasing an album 
soon, but won't let on the name he's releasing under, or the label, just 
saying it's "one of the biggest in static minimal music".

Basically, I like the music enough that I'd like to find out what this 
upcoming release is. Can anyone help?

PS. Is there a better place to be discussing this kind of thing? Beaty 
minimal stuff is really what most interests me about what does get 
mentioned here, but I have the rather guilty feeling I'm in slightly the 
wrong place when I bring anything with beats up...
