It's already been said that the 'process' behind this isn't just a set of
codes, but the
imagination of the person putting the work together.

A world class guitarist doesn't [necessarily] build his instrument, yet
when he plays,
no-one instantly recalls the craftsman who built it, they hear the skill of
the musician.

To me it appears there's a 'bogeyman' aspect to the technology.........

I couldn't care less who designs patches and who doesn't....in the end, the
final result
is what tickles my ear, not the methods by which the result was gained...
