when TV Pow (a laptop trio from Chicago) played NYC last year, they ran a
silent video behind their performance, showing another concert of theirs.

the first 15 minutes, nothing much happened, so you had three guys on stage
staring at their screens and the same three guys on the video staring at
their screens in different shirts.
after that, though, the video versions gradually became more and more
agitated, climaxing in breaking laptops over their knees, throwing
equipment
around, and generally going crazy, all silently, and all while their live
counterparts were still twiddling their mouses and remaining thoroughly
subdued. very entertaining stuff.
