you can use head-cleaning fluid or something similar to remove
your markings later --- so be brave, go ahead + try it on
your favorite cds....
there's also the hi-tech approach: a few years ago i wrote a program
that makes a computer's cd drive skip in a completely controllable manner.
to be fair, it's a slightly different sound from using markers + razor
blades, but still quite useful.
i am half-thinking of distributing it as freeware...stay tuned.
might be nice for our cliches to become painfully ubiquitous --
so we could all move onwards...
