does anyone out there have any pressing plants they can recommend for doing stuff with extreme frequencies?

I cannot speak of extreme frequencies - it might be a good idea to ask TotE where the US pressings of Bernhard Guenter CDs were done - but I was quite happy with work Northwestern (call 800-547-2252 and ask for Ken) did for my label. I got the recommendation from Soleilmoon, which has used this plant for years, and I have noticed the name on releases from several other Oregon labels. I know many people in SF swear by Olde West ( http://www.oldewest.com ) as well.
