I'm just guessing here, but you're not female, are you?
That's quite a bracing display of ignorance when it comes
to the Supreme Court's rulings over the last decade or so.
Apart from actually *favoring* the criminalization of abortion,
the nullification of Miranda, and any number of interesting
privacy and individual rights rulings, nearly complete
ignorance is the only other reason I can imagine for trying to
make the above statement with a straight face. And to do so
after recent actions by the court which even some Conservatives
[those who claim to be strict Constructionists when it comes to
rulings on the issue of States' rights, to name one constituency]
found to be worrisome just ups the ante.
Muy macho, guy. Call me back in 10 and we'll take a look at
the "nothings" that changed.
