Just so my bias set remains clear, here's the annual "15 or the top
10 of 2000" list for my radio program, RTQE. You should get
some sense of the bias set from this, or all the online playlists.
I apologize for the non-microsound incursions on the list, but this
is the list for my radio program. I've done it this way for over 10
years now.

couldn't really put it on the list. It's just not fair to our listeners. I
really hope y'all who *did* own a copy sent the second set of discs
to someone you cared about.
