The thing that sucks about ordering from Stockhausen-Verlag is that they don't take
credit cards and charge a $10 processing fee for checks. And I think they could be
charging less for CDs since there's no distributor mark-up involved or anything.

The prices OM charges for those things is pretty ridiculous. I mean I'm sure they
just order them from Stockhausen-Verlag since I don't think Stockhausen uses any
distributors, and then, if you compare prices, they pretty much do a 100% markup.
