have you heard Leif Brush's material? it's available from .tiln, a
lot of his material has the same atmospheric sounds as the
inspire-VLF, 3tweeks.p3 fex. sounds stunningly much alike his sounds
recorded with transmitters and contact miced trees.... go see
http://www.freetoears.net and read about his projects, they're really
nice.

should be attached to that satellite that went to mars...dunno what
happened with it.

that produced a lot of static/noise/buzz from planet earth's
