It is pretty sad to realize how many geeks must be subscribed when your
mailbox gets hit with reams of posts at the mere mention of women.  I agree
that a completed list might be useful for DJs particularly for encouraging
equal representation, but it should be compiled off the list.. I'm still
recovering from the deluge of year-end Top 20 lists from a few weeks ago.
