You're walking a slippery slope with that statement.  IF it is 'genetic
diversity' then we must look to our understanding of evolution.  On
Galapagos, turtles stretched their necks over the eons in order to eat
certain leaves.  If women are 'genetically' predisposed to take a
subordinate position, it would be because their environment (ie oppressive
patriarchy) has beaten that into them over the eons.

Well thats quite bogus and sexist.  Its one thing to 'celebrate the
differences' between the sexes, and its an entirely different ball of wax to
insist that differences exist where they don't.
