SYRACUSE MICROSOUND SHOW..DETAILS>ETC>PROCEDURE

okay, this is a mass e-mail to all who responded, sorry for the slight 
delay, awkward e-mail status as of current.

I'll try to keep this short and simple for now..

i guess i should make more of an introduction, so my name's tim, i was just 
living and working in vienna, austria for half a year doing webcasting, 
sound, video, etc...for KUNSTRADIO  (http://kunstradio.at) and am finishing 
up academy at syracuse, university. have a project started (a jedi _____ 
immersive sound regim(nt)), sound up at tiln.org, cd finished and awaiting 
print from montreal. hi.

1. DATES>>>
Tentative date(s) for show are: April 13 + 14  or April 20 + 21 there's been 
a lot of interest so i'm thinking of making it a 2-night thing. what do you 
guys think?

2. VIDEO>>>
Video projections will be mandatory (either between or during). there's been 
a lot of artists here who want to show / video-dj as well, so if anybody has 
videos or is interested (or not interested...) let me know..projectors are 
not a problem

3. WEB>>>
I would like to get a website up for the show, w/video/audio archive of 
artists' featured. (on tiln...?) so if anybody is doing web-design and has a 
bit of spare time we can make something tentative for now.   LINKS FOR THE 
SITE WILL/CAN INCLUDE  rhizome.org, nettime, bbs.thing.net, 
artistsspace.org, etc....   so we can publicize and get everyone's 
name.sounds.whatever out there.

4. REMOTE.LOCALE>>>
remote peoples who can't make it, we can still have solidarity or whatever 
and include soundz on the website

5. LOCATIONS>>>
i'm still talking with people about locations here, so that's still up in 
the air...have a meeting set up with people at this abandoned barber shop 
but it's a maybe. there are other 'alternative' spaces around so it 
shouldn't be a problem

6. COLLABORATION>>>
if you know other people who would be interested in playing or want to try 
to collaborate, that's cool, let me know. also, if some of you are artists 
and have other spatial ideas and would like to try them 
out/performances/etc...that's also good.

btw we've set up stuff here for the past 3 years (noise, experimental, 
computer, video, etc..)
