Hi micropeople

Is there such an effect that can spit out automatic pans in the stereo field.by reading peaks in a wave file?  
...ie not sweep left . right...but  a left 50 then next right 20 then left 33

happy are the people with pcs and macs

I am loving audio mulch more and more every time i use it .
