There's also that branch in Notting Hill, but I remember that one seemed really out
of the way from most other stores. There are a couple of other stores, of perhaps
lesser interest, in that area: Honest John's and Intoxica !, both on Portobello Road.

The Jacques brothers aren't the most gregarious guys in the world, but I found
they're OK if you talk to them. First time I went there they told me about a show I
had no clue about which featured Boards Of Canada (I think this was their first
performance in London and they hadn't even released any records on Skam yet),
Panasonic, Cylob and Autechre. I wasn't even familiar with half of those acts at the
time, in fact I'm still a bit confused about what I saw.

When I've been there I almost felt like I was invading their privacy or something. I
think the 2 brothers live upstairs.
