That I suppose depends upon the person doing the considering. But I would include Hirokazu Kore-Eda, Victor Erice, Kiyoshi Kurosawa, Theo Angelopoulos, Hou Hsiao-Hsien, Abbas Kiarostami, Paul Cox, Hiroshi Teshigahara, and Tsai Ming-Liang as being "up there."
