""quality"" depends on the way you set up your contact mics
As said : in my case I always glue a small thin metallic plate under the
tranducer and other tricks ; this way the device is really more sensible
I've done many very delicate recordings of extremely low volume sounds +
vibrations  [especially fences (-> see kdi dctb 23 on Drone records for
example), but also trees (-> kdi dctb 66 on Meelkop/tb collab cd -kaon),
bridges (-> kdi dctb 93 on Taalem) and so and so  and so and so..
