Nope Zev Asher was from Montreal and moved to Japan in the early 90s...
scratch records who put out the roughage cd is from Vancouver and i belive
Zev might have spent some time in Vancouver but hes from Montreal....
I belive that the second nimrod record was in part recorded in Vancouver
also but then again Japan and Vancouver are relativly close to each other
so Im sure it waas as simple as a short flight over...
