monkey's audio

can any of you tell me if the monkey's audio compression program
(http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/Monkeys_Audio/) is any good? is the 
compression really lossless? i can't tell from the site how small it makes a 
wav file - does it make it as small as an MP3?
