the real question about autechre

i think the first thing one has to wonder about regarding autechre is why 
does it always light up conversations this way?  if i say "i think aphex 
twin is a _genius_" nobody would care, but if i said the same thing about 
autechre, i'd be starting a heated debate.

i am, however, actually looking forward to that aphex twin 2cd ever since 
i've heard it was going to exist.

oh, & some musical content to justify my existence.  vote robot _in meorm 
NA_ (scratch records), it has the sort of abstraction you can find in 
lithops & other people who live in köln, only even more detached.  great, 
wild analogs with both the homemade quality & the irreverent sense of 
purpose.  short but varied & yes, fun.

please don't reply to the autechre part.
