In DC, nonprofit usually implies a tax status supporting Bill Bennett or countless
other fat losers from living like the rest of us....although there are now 20
thousand applications a month for this "tax free" status.....applications are
granted without review most of the time
maybe this is a DC/USA context
realizing there remains zip choice for many institutions and people, one (can)
embrace friends despite funding, but since I don't want to accept the idea of
intellectual "property,"1 I cry - only use this status to poison the system that
invented it.......maybe this is the case......and "torch," I would prefer
arsonist over Olympian

tonight the patent runs out on prosac
soon there'll be a patent on the gene that cures diabetes or cancer or ?
I would hope that that patent holder is eaten alive
idea is fungible
