jes it's sabastian meissner he released a few months back i believe, a very nice cd as random inc on ritornell. it is called 
to be precise Jerusalem - Tales Outside The Framework Of Orthodoxy. it consists of sounds taken from jerusalem jewish 
sounds (music, street sounds etc) as well as arabic sounds (minarets etc.) and this processed with the good old 
powerbook. as everybody knows jerusalem is divided in a arabic and jewisch part, so it's quite political heavy. it's also in 
a quite different cover as al other ritornell covers if you're interested in that. #15 on ritornell is also from mr. meissner it is 
called selected random works ( just like aphex twin) and he used the name random industries. i've never heard it is there 
anybody in here who knows how it sounds?
