OTOH -- Bush's lack of concern with public opinion outside the US, as
evidenced in his policy decisions on the Kyoto Protocol and international
missile defense (for example), seems to have significantly increased the depth
of anti-American feeling around the world since he was elected. I'm no great
fan of Gore but Bush seems almost to be pissing off other countries on
purpose...
