the current news about the men in the van is that they were celebrating the
attack in a park near the world trade center, onlookers took their license
plate number, cops stoped them and didnt even approach the van,in fear of
explosives, just waited for backups(military) to show up, then they arrested
the men but no confirmation was ever made that there was explosives on the
van.
