my girlfriend has a vaio & although she hasn't had a live show yet, the "concerts" she gives in the flat
are nice. i've never fiddled with it, but she hasn't ever once complained. doesn't make too much machine
hum at all.

on the other hand my g4 tower makes horrible hums, sometimes pretty high pitched, i'm considering
wrapping it in foam and pillows with inny belly buttons for the power & restart button or getting very
long cords and throwing it in the basement.
