in light of the overwhelming discussion dedicated to the hijackings 
in the US, i feel it might be helpful to suggest some places for 
information that are not CNN controlled.

while the relevance of discussion of these events is not normally 
appropriate on this list, this event affects all of us, the same way 
so many events which receive little to no coverage in the US do.  the 
majority of americans are ignorant to reasons that would spur an 
attack like this, and it is time for americans to start paying 
attention to what the US gov. is involving itself and, as a result, 
it's citizens in.

only because discussion has so heavily targeted the hijackings do i 
think it proper to share some sources of information that help shape 
my own perspective.
