What Stockhausen's statements mean depend on whether or not you believe what
his web site says. I hope you have looked at his web site to see for
yourself.

I don't have a problem with moderated lists. I am on two that I know of. If
the priority of a list is focused, respectful dialogue the list owners have
the right to protect that. If the list is an experiment in anarchy or
democracy or whatever, the list owners ought to protect that by not banning
anyone.

I would imagine it was not for a single statement that you were removed from
the list, but rather for constantly and unnecessarily acting out. Your
behavior reminds me of MnHerman on the Rhizome list, locked in a Quixotean
battle with the demons in his Inbox. No one is attacking you, there is no
reason to be angry with the people on this list. You have a choice in how
you act. I hope you stay on the list and become a valued member by engaging
other members with respect and intelligence.
