not really microsound related,
but i figure enough of you probably are wire readers
that you might be interested to know...
just picked up:
vincent gallo- 'when'  quite lovely, and exquisitely
ecstatic and supremely melancholy release from mr.
sourpuss himself.  guitars played in a very textural
and sinuous way, wonderfully wavering synth tones
weaving in and out of the mix,,, music ideal for me
at this time.
aaaaand
pere ubu- 'dub housing' like if talking heads (circa
brian eno's production reign), 'soon over babaluma'
era can, and 'entertainment' era gang of four had
all been mixed together... wonderful. perfect.
