in 'my idea of fun' (i believe), will self pondered whether or not ambient 
music of the future would be made by refridgerators. he even went so far as 
to propose a 'fridge greatest hits vol 4' CD which would encapsulate the 
most wonderful, flowing sounds and drones created by these most analog of 
musical instruments.
