RE: [microsound] emotions in music

I like a bit of both, but dosent emotion come into play when you remember something about a sound, be it new or old?

Does a sound not turn us on and give us emotional responses?

Like the recordings of the Japanese artist, Tosh......who unfortunately I cant remember the name of, as i am not at home to get the CD,who uses a small mic and shoves it into a bottle on the mountainside. I find that to be emotive, also I find Kims wok to be emotive, but as we have said it is in the eye of the listener.
