howdy, rejoining the list (again)
i initially became a little impatient with the description of term., as since studying the "happenings" of kaprow, dine, etc. from the early 60's, the concept of artwork without lasting physical items(for any reason), has come to mind as something of an unspoken direction in several endeavors from mp3-only labels to (to a lesser extent) graffiti. perhaps i'm wrong to assume so.
brad makes a good point, though. we were, after all, informed of what term. *is*.
i must say, however, that "12k presents term, a bunch of MP3 releases" would be a hilarious thing to read amid the design and layout of the 12k site.
