RE: [microsound] napster was a promotional service
well thats really what the license thingy does. personal non-commercial use.
all it prevents is making copies for profit, and broadcasting it as the
soundtrack to someones beer commercial.
it does nothing to prevent it being shared by anyone on any network or
otherwise as long as the intended use is non-commercial.
