Signal flow failure theory



The Mills music thesis is dead as we know it.  At the end of this year students 
at one of the top electronic music school in history "Mills College" will no 
longer be required to independantly produce, promote and perform original and 
learned works as part of their Masters Degree Program.  With a number of thesis 
performances already finished, this is the last semester for time honoured 
tradition at Mills.   



The down of a new era "the thesis music festival".  This act is to Signal the 
Flow of a new bread of professional student willing to snap to attention for a 
new eye-book.  Reports of Genetic cloning run rampant, under cover nexus six 
agents are said to be investigating the campus.  Skeptics fear that this 
socialist move will create a homogeanous generic brand of music inside the 
college.  Alumnus can now that there diploma wont mean the same think as those 
issued under the new system.  Analysts predict the value of the new diploma may 
fluctate with the euro.
