humbug. mistakes occuring in production and methodology have been utilized
as inspiration and as raw materials (and even as "finished piece") since
forever.  if processes or "technologies" (in the broadest sense of the term)
were only ever used in the way they were intended, we'd likely never have
gotten out of the stone age. "glitches" drive evolution, both cultural, and
i would dare say, even biological (but then again i am just looking to make
a bold dramatic statement).

glitches are natures strange attractors.
