i don't mean to contribute to this thread...

i am, however, working on putting together a compilation of female
artists...

after the last comp [_you're all over the map...putting flesh on the bones
of the dirty work_] turned out to have only one female artist on it [for
reasons of scarcity of submissions and attempts to deal with diverse
geographic locales], and after receiving a couple of tracks from female
artists i know for an undefined compilation project, i started thinking that
it would be an idea to attempt to balance the predominantly male content of
the last set by focussing on female artists for another...

in short, if there are any female artists who would like to submit tracks
for this as yet un-named project, please respond to will.s@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

track lengths: 3- 6 minutes, shorter is ok, but longer is difficult...
style/genre/whatever: open, creative is the desired approach...
deadline: august 2oo2
