for Italian (or EC) electronic musicians

I've found this project on the net:

It's about sharing CD-R with your music with other Italian musicians 
via  snail mail. If you're not Italian and you're from the EC I think 
that, since the postage price is the same in the European Community, 
you can ask the guy that has put up this project to extend it to all 
EC countries.
