Makes perfect sense to me, in the same vein as "postmodern": Post-digital musics as response to the first wave of work with digital-audio possibilities.  "Glitch," for example, involves harvesting sounds that would have been no-nos in the first wave of electronic music, for creative use in the next wave of music.
