You have to read the end-user license to know this.  With commercial software you can usually create music and sell it without being sued.  However in some shareware type of software you might get into trouble if you sell your art without first paying for the license.

OTOH, it might be OK to release your music for free when using such software unless the license specifies 'personal use only'.
