yes they are.  and are probably paid better than others in their area.
it's about the MARKET VALUE of labor.

actually, the question is freedom.  i'm sure you'd be LIVID if someone
told you how much you should have of whatever you wanted.  give someone that
authority, and they will.  that's why we need less government, and fewer
personal restrictions.
