Hi everyone,

I don't think Sharp makes MDs anymore. I've had one for two years and used
it a fair amount but it's recently crapped out - power console died I think.
While I loved it while it was still with me, I was pretty disappointed to
only get two years out of it and it probably won't make sense to repair it
cost-wise.

Nice feature about the Sony MDs is their gapless looping feature. We use one
at the radio station I volunteer at and it seems fine. I've performed with a
couple times as well with no bad experiences.
