Gerald Wenzel
Gerald Wenzel creates a phenomenal environment as he programs sounds and
sequences directly from the computer through the use of various sound
synthesis techniques.
Through using several computers to create music, Wenzel developed expertise
and different usage methods in computers=B9 hardware and software. For
instance, he decreases the access time to a hard drive to "tune" the
computer, similar to a process of tuning a guitar.
Wenzel runs a record label titled Application Specific. His recent audio
projects encourage audience interaction, where a listener is a participant
in the creation of a unique track mix.
