Quick update here for those that are interested... there's a very cool show
going on Friday and Saturday night 9.6 and 9.7 at the Detroit Contemporary,
The Second Annual Transmission of Binary Sound Codes Fest.

Thankfully I was thrown on the bill when one of the other bands had to back
out, but I would have been there anyway. Please check out the links and the
rosters below as there's a whole slew of great electronic and
post-electronic acts playing, particularly Dan Augustine and The W-Vibe
who've worked hard to arrange this event.

I'll be playing Friday night at 7 PM. The piece that I've planned is very
collage-oriented, and will feature me, my guitar, and my Mac. With a little
luck all will go well, and I won't crash and burn like at my previous
post-PC performance when my Mac went kaput in Baltimore a few weeks back
with Jason Sloan. Also, I have the honor of work with Mike/ Top Quality Rock
and Roll who will be doing a visual backdrop for my performance. For those
of you that don't know, Mike is the found film MASTER!!!! Sure to be
interesting if nothing else!
