this radian album is released in 2000. sounds like
sine waves mixed with clicky glitches and a little bit
of noise. not as noisy as pita, not as sine-wavy as
ryoji ikeda and not as clicks'n'cuts as frank
bretschneider or alva noto. this album is like a
perfect mix of all of them. could be described as snd
without rhythm in some way. the music on tg11 sounds
like it's mainstreamised as much as it can be done
with this kind of music.

another mainstreamisation. if staedtizism 3 is a mix
of dub and hip-hop, then this electric ladyland
compilation is hip-click-hop, as much as mille
plateaux clicks'n'cuts music can sound like hip-hop.
but that's why i like this release, it's very much
cutting edge music, though very accessible. tracks by
agf/dlay, frank bretschneider, alva.noto, auch,
akufen, errorsmith, safety scissors and i-sound are
one of the best clickhop moments. to some extent this
sounds like a mille plateaux answer to ninja tune hip
hop and breakbeat music on xen cuts cds. maybe not all
tracks are equally good, but are very well balanced.
quite amazing and quite essential.
