yes, it is a joke :) more of an homage really-- to a certain web aesthetic,
and to the aesthetic of the 'institute'

the gnit cover is amazing-- all sounds produced by human voice. I'll try and
get an MP3 of it up on the website in the next week or two.

oh, and the sounds in the sound archive were sent to me by people on this
list. I'll keep posting more as they come in.
