are all microsound/contemporary music/etc fans composers??

i would like to open this discussion topic on the list, as i have been thinking about it for a while. 

question:
are all fans of contemporary music also composers??? 
if not what do you think the ratio is???

i cant think of very many people i know that are interested in this type of music that doesnt also compose it as well.
