agreed: let's please not get into the question if some outcome/presentation
is "worthy" of the term art. it reveals a stale and arrogant point of view
connected to some elitist self-perception and is in it's roots very wrong
and dangerous.

yet, in any given scene i have the feeling that quite a lot of people get
from the passive side to the active side of music making. it results in the
fact that if there's four people on stage, there are four people in the
audience (and that's the other band).

well, it doesn't matter and shouldn't bother us. it just leaves the
question: who's gonna buy all those records?
