Announcing Everything (http://everything.does.it)
Hello All,
I try to cross-post as little as possible, but apologies if you get more
than one copy of this message.
Just to let you all know that version 2.0 of Everything
(http://everything.does.it) is online. This edition features tracks by
punck; missing, inc.; and bakstrom. Enjoy at your leisure.
Everything is meant to be a counterpart to the other website I run,
called centibel (http://centibel.vze.com). Everything is a place where a
broad variety of different digital and "post-digital" musics can be
presented with a flare for the anarchic. Everything goes: field
recordings, peeled recordings, injured sound, microsound, nanosound,
picosound, lowercase sound, uppercase sound, non-ASCII sound, Roman
Numeral sound, etc. Future editions of Everything will attempt to
broaden this range even further. The aim is to be be as open as possible
to all kinds of digital experimental audio. Everything also encourages
sound artists to produce work outside of their usual aesthetic with as
adventurous an approach to sound as is possible.
To submit your work to Everything, please email me at hellomynameisphil
at mail2sound dot com and I'll let you know how to participate. Or you
can just send me stuff in the mail (I LOVE getting unsolicited
submissions in the mail. I LOVE it! DO it! Give me stuff!). Here is the
