toshi/sachiko/otomo/taku/tetuzi etc all live in tokyo. the scene is 
based around a gallery called off-site which is under a massive sky 
scrapper in yoyogi (walking distance from shinjuku). other stiff 
happens in koenji and kichijogi (spelling not handy i think this is 
right)
