david+++the record is out on plug research.
it's an interesting hybryd of electronica and black influenced music (while
electronica is usually 90% white-based, so to speak). you can easily feel
influences of free jazz, blaxploitation movies soundtracks, blues,
nuyourican salsa (also early lounge lizards and some barry adamson). it HAS
groove!
